I didn't receive a confirmation email with regards to my order?

If you do not receive a notification about your order within 3 days, please check your spam folder as it may end up there. However, do not worry if it's not there, the team is probably working on the design and we will send it to you as soon as it’s ready.

I have a question before ordering. What should I do?

You can drop us an email with your question to hello@zyne.asia and we will answer your queries within 36 hours. Please take note that we do not entertain orders via email. We would only answer your queries through it.

I am an international buyer. Can I still order?

International orders are handled separately by our team . Please email us at hello@zyne.asia with your order intent.

What are the mode of payments?

We currently accept payment via Paypal, Credit Card and Debit Card.

How long will my orders take?

For local orders, it will take between 3-5 working days upon confirmation of final artwork inclusive of delivery time.
For urgent orders, please write in to us and Opt-in for Express Delivery

How will my items be mailed to me?

We hand-deliver all our orders through our in-house couriers.
We strongly believe in having our products be delivered in perfect condition, hence, we will not be using third-party couriers.

Do you remove the background on my picture?

Of course! Our team of designers will be in touch with you to confirm the final artwork as part of the design process.

I wish to cancel my order as I have changed my mind, is that possible?

Fortunately, it is possible to ask for a refund. However, once the design process has started, we are unable to do a full refund, we will only be able to do a refund of 50% of the total order costs.

Why do I need to take a clear snapshot of my Payment transfer receipt or provide you with my ibanking nickname?

This is the only way that we can track your payments. We strictly require a snapshot of your transaction receipt as on our side. Zyne has the rights to dismiss the order if the receipt is unclear or there is no receipt provided.

How do I track my orders?

We will be in touch with you at every juncture of the design process, production process, handling and delivery process. We commit to ensure you receive your product at its best quality possible.

How Do I Order?

  1. You can make your order by clicking on the ‘CREATE CARD NOW’.
  2. Next, choose the design that you fancy, you will be linked to another page prompting you to fill up your contact information followed by your player details. Take your time to fill it up proper.
  3. You may also upload your own CLUB badge if you have any.
  4. Once you have filled up your details for the player card, upload your image. For clarity and quality, please upload the highest resolution image.

  6. Once you have completed the necessary information. You can make payments via Paypal.
  7. Currently we offer cards in 1 size, A3. For customized sizing and details, please email us at hello@zyne.asia

What images should I use for my order?

Here are some tips for choosing the best image for your card:

  • Your image should contain the head, shoulders and chest. These should fill as much of the image as possible.
  • Your photo will be blurry or pixelated if the picture is taken at a distance.
  • Try to select a photo where your subject is clearly visible against the background
  • Your image should be taken in good neutral lighting.
  • Try your best to use the original photo file wherever possible (from your phone or camera), pictures taken from Social media sites such as Facebook, twitter etc tend to have lower quality. The same applies for using screenshots and images received via Whatsapp or any other messaging platform. Please try to use the original file where possible.

Our designers will commit to having your product at its best quality. We will try to get in touch with you during the design process should we need a better resolution picture from you. But we cannot guarantee this. We will do our very best with the image you give us but providing a suitable photo remains your responsibility.

Can I make changes to my order?

We are happy to help you with the edits during the design process. However, once you have confirmed the final artwork and the working file has been sent for printing, we are unable to help you with any edits.
